Naomi Katz (She/Her)

"How to Break the Diet Cycle with Non-Diet New Year’s Resolutions"

After starting her career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, Naomi realized that nobody gets comfortable in their skin by making changes on the outside. So, now she is a Certified Intuitive Eating Lay Facilitator helping women ditch diet culture, heal their relationships with food, and regain autonomy in how they see and treat their bodies.

Naomi believes that all shapes deserve to be happy shapes, that all bodies are good bodies, that diets don't work, that health is not a moral obligation, but that it is achievable at every size, that diet culture is an extension of patriarchy and white supremacy, that self-compassion is our superpower, that our bodies are the least interesting things about us, that we all deserve to take up space in this world, and that cheesecake is better than all other desserts.

2020 in Music
